Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Royal Threads London. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

RETURNS

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us at royalthreadslondon@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email at royalthreadslondon@gmail.com that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at royalthreadslondon@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We offer two options:
1. Full refund upon return of the item
2. 50% refund if you choose to keep the item

For damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at royalthreadslondon@gmail.com.
